Essex 20 mile intercounty 2023

I just wanted to say a huge thanks and well done for you all in taking part yesterday at Debden airfield, I hope that you have all managed to defrost and warm up now – Mixed emotions for a number of you I know, some huge PB’s and milestones achieved, for others, injury and fatigue/fitness affected results – that is running! I hope that the chance to represent the county was a proud moment for you and I wish you all the best in your upcoming target races for the year. There should be further opportunities to represent Cambridge later in the year at the Brighton 10k and Cambridge Town & Gown 10k – information to follow, so please share amongst your team mates when this is released.
